Product Overview

Assembly Vision software contains three modules.

Assembly Viewer™

The Assembly Viewer module is designed for locating equipment information stored in an Assembly Vision database.
Assembly Viewer is unique in that it allows you to visually navigate through your company's equipment. By clicking on descriptions of locations or on hotspots placed on images. Hotspots can take you to a more detailed picture of the item being viewed and provide access to more detailed information on the equipment being viewed.

For more information on Assembly Viewer, click on the Assembly Viewer products link.

Assembly Manager™

The Assembly Manager module is designed for organizing and managing the equipment information stored in an Assembly Vision database.

With this module you organize where equipment is physically located. This is also where you can associate to any image at any level of detail: additional pictures, component part information, notes, office document files, media files, or any document that can be saved as an image file, such as manual pages and drawings.

Work Orders / Checklists

The Work Order / Checklist module is designed for managing work order processes and information for equipment stored in an Assembly Vision database.

It allows you to manage the work order process with priority levels, status, and work order types that you define. You can track estimated and actual dates and hours, problem descriptions, actions taken, root cause, labor and parts cost, and more.

The Checklists module is designed for managing recurring maintenance checklists. Using the Assembly Manager program, you create custom checklist templates for each machine. Checklists are filled out by machine operators or maintenance personnel, depending on the type of checklist you create.

While filling out a checklist, the person can indicate which checklist items require additional work and can also create a work order right from the checklist screen.

Work orders and checklists are accessible from both the Assembly Viewer and Assembly Manager.

To try Assembly Vision software free for 45 days, go to Assembly Vision Downloads page and download the Assembly Manager module. The Assembly Manager download will include all three modules. A sample database is also available for download from this page.
