Assembly Manager was designed for organizing and documenting machine and equipment information. With this program you organize where equipment is physically located. This is also where you associate to any item at any level of detail:
- digital pictures
- component part information
- office document files
- media files
- notes
- maintenance checklist templates
- or any document that can be saved as an image file, such as manual pages and drawings
You can associate as much or as little information to each item in the navigation structure as you wish. The following is a list of items that can be edited or associated using the Assembly Manager module:
- Suppliers
- Manufacturers
- Manufacturer parts
- Locations within your company
- Machines
- Image files
- Keywords
- Units of measure
- Word processing documents
- Spreadsheet documents
- PDF documents
- CAD files
- Video files
- PLC files
- Notes and comments
- Preventative maintenance information
- Assembly Manager is also used for organizing hotspots on your images. Hotspots are used to create links to other images.
