Using the pictures you take of your equipment, you define the flow from image to image. Hotspots on pictures indicate that a more detailed picture can be viewed by clicking on the hotspot. Most other CMMS software requires the use of a keyboard for locating equipment information.
Access To File Attachments
In addition to viewing part information, Assembly Vision's CMMS software allows you to view several types of files that have been linked to your equipment pictures. Types of files that can be viewed include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, AutoDesk DWF, and more.
Work Orders and Customizable Maintenance Checklists
- Anyone with access to Assembly Vision can create or manage their work orders from any computer on your network.
- Manage your work orders with priority levels, status, and work order types that you define.
- Receive e-mail notifications when new work orders are created.
- Lookup or create reports that track: dates and times, description, corrective action, cause, labor and parts cost, personnel (opened by, performed by, and reviewed by), priority level, status, and work order type.
- Create customized maintenance checklists for your equipment. Checklists are tied to work orders helping you track the different types of time spent on your equipment.
Easy To Administer
Using the Assembly Manager™ module, you can easily manage or perform the following:
- define the navigation paths to your equipment
- assign your pictures to equipment
- assign part information to equipment
- assign documents to equipment
- drag and drop hotspots into position on your equipment images

- Assembly Vision CMMS software is network-ready and works in a Citrix environment.
